What I Ate Wednesday: Protein Rich Cocoa Greek Yogurt

Thank You for the loving thoughts, kind words, and prayers for Raelyn on Monday!

It is powerful to know that people all over the country are praying for her.

Today I announce the winner of the Chobani giveaway — but first it’s time for WIAW!

If you’re a newbie to the WIAW party, head over to Peas & Crayons to find out what the Veggie-Love is all about ;)

All week long I’ve been making different versions/flavors of greek yogurt — it never gets boring!
My favorite so far is this protein-rich cocoa flavored greek yogurt!
I’ll post the ingredients I used on Friday or Monday ;)

Sweet potato mashed w/ greek yogurt and topped w/ peanut butter

Snacks

Popchips <3 that were sent to me on Valentines Day ((totally unexpected))!

Sweet Potato is hands down my new favorite flavor.  Once you pop you can’t stop.

Dinner

Butternut squash + apple + broccoli soup
Laura’s butternut squash soup recipe inspired me to blend an apple with butternut squash soup.  And since I had some leftover broccoli I just threw it in the mix.
I took the easy route and used this pre-made butternut squash soup…

Used my Vitamix to blend together the butternut squash soup, a whole apple (cored of course), and about 1 cup of cooked broccoli…

Had with Mary’s Gone Crackers.

Back soon with the cocoa greek yogurt recipe!

Enjoy the rest of the week ;)

♥ Lisa
