What I Ate Wednesday: Makin Waffles

Thank You so much for all your nice comments on Monday’s post!!  You guys all had me smiling… I feel so blessed to have such amazing readers!

So today I’m makin waffles for you and Friday I’ll post the recipe =)

It never fails. Whenever I make waffles for breakfast I hear Donkey’s voice in my head:

Donkey: This is gonna be fun. We can stay up late, swappin’ manly stories, and in the mornin’, I’m makin’ waffles!

Peanut Pudding

    Wait, did i miss the waffle recipe? We’re loving Wholesome Chow GF waffle/pancake mix. Your day of eating looks delicious and beautiful. As for Disney, I’d have to go with Nemo.

  10. Disney where to start…I really like Monsters Inc and Cars (but probably because I love anything with Paul Newman).
    The food looks fantastic, especially that peanut pudding…YUM!!!

    My favorite Disney movie growing up was Beauty and the Beast!! I was Belle for Halloween too one year!

  13. Fave Disney movie – Beauty and The Beast! Nothing trumps that for me :) I like Little Mermaid, too. Probably my second fave :)
    I made waffles today, too! I wasn’t having luck with pics though, so we’ll see if the post makes it. Haha :)

  16. The photo of your waffle is so cute! I especially love how the peanut butter looks like a heart! I like adding a little peanut butter on top of my waffles too. I’m especially enjoying it on top of the Kellogg’s Eggo FiberPlus(R) chocolate chip waffles – so delicious!

    I love Monsters Inc., too. I remember the first time I watched it with Son #1 I was skeptical. But I loved it… and such a good message ;-)

    Hope you guys have a great time. We’re headed back to DisneyWorld in November for Mickey’s Christmas. We did Not So Scary Halloween last year and it was WONDERFUL!

  25. disney movies are great! my favourites are Ratatouille, Kung Fu Panda and The little Mermaid. I could watch them over and over again.
    I wish i could come over for breakfast for some waffles!! I have never had a proper waffle iron to make some :(

  27. wow yum!! I always always quote that part of Shrek!! So funny. Did you mean to make the pb on top of the waffle a heart? Cause it is. I didn’t grow up on Disney, so I haven’t got a favourite. I don’t really know them much. Peanut flour? I’m going there right now to enter!
