2 words for Peanut Flour…
This WIAW is dedicated to all the meals I ate this week with peanut flour.
If you’re reading this and haven’t heard of WIAW make sure to hop over to Peas & Crayons to check out the details ![]()
Breakfast
Vegan, gluten-free french toast
Snack
Puffins + peanut flour <3
Trader Joe’s now carries these multigrain gluten-free puffins =) Yeah Baby!
Snack
High protein green smoothie.
Snack
Sweet potato pudding
Last week I had these polenta tacos for dinner but didn’t have the pictures uploaded to my computer in time for WIAW… so here’s the picture (a little late to the party)… no peanut flour involved =)
What’s the best thing you ate this week?
I can’t decide between the French toast, the green smoothie, the puffins + peanut flour or the sweet potato pudding! It’s all good!

he he! I love peanut flour too!
Those polenta tacos look YUMMY!!!!!!! I need to try them.
I’ll post the recipe next week =)
Ha! I love it. Austin Powers is my hero.
YEAH BABY! (That was in my best Austin Powers voice, by the way)
The best thing I’ve eaten this week was probably my sweet potato bean curry I made on a whim last night. For some reason, I associate winter with curry seasonings– but hey, I’m not complaining
Ahhh that sounds amazing!! Love anything with sweet potatoes… except the ones sweetened with syrup and marshmallows on top (not my style).
Yay for peanut flour. I honestly could not survive without my purchases. I also discovered PF right before it was discontinued at Trader Joe’s.. so when my internet search was successful, I was elated
Polenta looks great. And good to know re gluten free puffins in multigrain. Best thing I ate this week hmn I made a pear/avocado/ginger smoothie that was pretty darn good.
Must.get.peanut.flour.NOW!
Best thing I ate this week was a perfect froyo mess the other night
Does peanut flour make you (happy), baby?
No, that would be the maca powder. Ha! So sorry – I just couldn’t resist, given the Austin Powers theme going on.
Peanut Flour is amazing. I hope TJ’s brings it back because it was easier to get and cheaper.
Amen to TJ getting PF back!! Still laughing at “does peanut flour make you happy baby”… I can just see him saying that =)
I think the peanut flour people should start paying us!
My favorite was yesterday’s BYOB Sweet Potato Greek Yogurt.
Sweet potato greek yogurt <3
I was cracking up at all of the Austin Powers references, but I was drooling over that green smoothie (so bright and colorful). Oh and the sweet potato pudding…serious yumminess here (I need the recipe:)0!
Recipe coming tomorrow =)
Just what I wanted to ask for
! Great, can’t wait to try it for myself. Your recipes are so amazing – you should make a book out of them
Awwww thank u =)
polenta tacos sound delicious!! and how can anything NOT taste better with pb? i seriously need to buy some!
I love peanut flour! It’s so versatile!! I like to add mine to smoothies for a delicious protein boost!
I need to get some peanut flour really soon! That sweet potatoe pudding looks delish!
I love peanut flour. Unfortunately, I don’t eat it as often as I’d like to because I’m afraid I won’t be able to find any more since I was lucky enough to find at TJs.
puffins are amazing. I remember the old chocolate filled ones. I wish they still made them.
Great post about peanut flour! I was quite ignorant on peanut flour but your pictures and recipes give it life! Thank you for blogging about it.
And love the Puffins reference. It’s such a delicious and nutritious cereal with very little added sugar. Lots of fiber in it too!
[...] loved all of your Austin Powers comments yesterday!! You guys make me laugh =) Especially Lindsay… “does peanut flour make you happy [...]
Hi Lisa!
To answer your question, the best thing I ate this week was the vegan chocolate cupcakes I made for my grandparent’s anniversary yesterday.
Check out my recipe on my blog!
