What I Ate Wednesday: New Challenges

Thank You for your kind words last Sunday.  The passing of my friend Raelyn really opened my eyes to  how precious time is — and how valuable time well-spent is.  Mostly I think about how I need to live in the moment more often, worry less, and give my kids more one.on.one time.

This most likely means that I’ll continue to post about once a week in order to have more time to focus on my family.

A challenge I’m taking on in the Fall that may affect how much time I have to blog is homeschooling my kids.

At the mention of that people have one of two reactions — that is awesome or… are you crazy?

Anyway, more about that later.

Let’s  move on to WIAW…

Oatbran + almonds + blueberries
Crackers + lemon juice
Baked potato + pineapple salsa + cheese
Veggie heavy sweet potato stew
(had a few servings of this stew + a grilled cheese sandwich)
